It splits your week into 3-ish day sprints
Thursday evening prep, leaves you with Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday prep, leaves you with Mon, Tues, Wed.
This gives you 3-ish days between your prep and reset days, keeping a balanced and refreshed week without completely “living for the weekend”.
It prepares you for a beautiful and blessed Friday
